SB 1390 (2020) -  Everglades Protection Area

Requiring comprehensive plans and plan amendments adopted by the governing bodies of local governments whose boundaries include any portion of the Everglades Protection Area to follow the state coordinated review process; requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to make certain determinations for such plans and amendments, to provide written notice of its determination to the local governments within a specified timeframe, and to coordinate with the local governments on certain mitigation measures, etc.
