School Safety Funding:
Specifies distribution requirements for safe schools allocation funds for 2020-2021 fiscal year; requires district school superintendent to remit specified unused funds from 2019-2020 fiscal year to DOE; authorizes department, upon request, to redistribute such funds to certain school districts for specified purpose.
