HB 671 (2021) -  Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program

Removes provision prohibiting student from being eligible for initial award from any of scholarships under Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program if student was found guilty of, or entered plea of nolo contendere to, felony charge, unless student had been granted clemency.
