HB 767 (2021) -  Victims of Crimes of Sexual Violence or Sexual Exploitation

Provides that victim of any crime of sexual violence or sexual exploitation has right to prevent any person or entity from disclosing or disseminating information or records that might identify him or her as victim of such crimes; prohibits person or entity in possession of information or records that might identify individual as victim of crime of sexual violence or sexual exploitation from disclosing or disseminating such information or records without first obtaining express written consent of victim; provides that specified rights may be waived only by express action.
