Amending a provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements for trade secrets held by county tourism promotion agencies; amending a provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements for the identity of a person who responds to a marketing or advertising research project conducted by the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation and for certain trade secrets; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.
