General Bill
Public Food Service Establishment Inspection Scores:
Requiring the Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to assign a numerical score for certain required inspections; requiring the division to create a rating system that assigns a numerical score to public food service establishments based on findings of routine inspections; requiring such score and a list of violations, if applicable, to be publicly posted at the entrance of such establishment; authorizing the division to deliver the assigned numerical score to the operator of a public food service establishment by electronic means, etc.
