General Bill
Traveling Across County Lines with Intent to Commit a Felony:
Defining the term “felony offense”; providing for reclassification of certain felony offenses when the person who commits the offense crosses a county line with specified intent; removing the requirement for reclassification that an offender’s travel be for the purpose of thwarting law enforcement attempts to track stolen items, etc.
