Requiring the Department of Law Enforcement, within a specified timeframe, to enter into the Florida Crime Information Center database certain orders affecting a person’s ability to purchase a firearm; prohibiting attempted violations of the provisions of a firearms risk protection order; providing criminal penalties, etc.
