HB 1463 (2022) -  Student Financial Aid

Provides that, for purposes of receiving state financial aid awards, student may not be denied classification as resident based on his or her immigration status if certain criteria are met; establishes Professional Student Loan Repayment Program within DOE; & provides requirements for program.
