HB 1525 -  Advisory Opinions on Voter Eligibility

Requires Division of Elections to provide certain advisory opinions upon request for certain clarification within certain period; specifies form of advisory opinion; provides that person who makes such request is deemed eligible to register to vote & to vote if division does not provide advisory opinion within specified period; requires division to issue to such person certain certification; requires certification to be mailed to person on certain day.
